It’s already quite an extensive list, but I’m sure that there are plenty of others that I don’t know about or am forgetting! I think Matthew Bullington, who runs the website http://universityready.com has written a book, but I’m not for sure.

Thanks for the lead! I did a little investigating, but can’t seem to track down a book by Matthew Bullington. It does look like he has produced a DVD, though. If you find out any more, please let me know! Thanks!
